  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products (Shirts with a Number or a Name)

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer service at [your email address]. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package.

Return shipping costs are:

  • Covered by us only if the item is defective or incorrect

  • Otherwise, to be paid by the customer

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again

  2. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
